Invented by a Navy SEAL, TRX straps put a modern, more technical spin on traditional suspended rope training, which uses your body’s own weight to build strength and flexibility through exercises performed at various angles.
Just like kettlebell workouts, TRX training works several muscles at once rather than just one at a time. And because you can adjust your body angle to make the exercises easier or harder, TRX workouts are easily modified for different fitness levels.
