Kathryn Foley

Kathryn started teaching spin at bbj in October, 2017. She has years of experience teaching group fitness including Punk Rope and strength training classes. Her class is upbeat and includes a variety of music including rock, R&B and EDM. She loves throwing in mashups and remixes.

Kathryn will guarantee a safe, high intensity, fun workout and will modify for all fitness levels.

When she is not teaching spin she is working as a Respiratory Therapist and is a  proud mother of two.
