We all find ourselves with a little extra weight to lose from time to time. If that’s you right now, here’s one way to make the process a little more fun.

We’re challenging you to make it happen before spring, and sweetening the deal with prizes!

This 8-week weight loss challenge is for Body by John members only, and is just $25 to enter. You’ll get diet tips and guidelines from Pam, and support from the BBJ family every time you come in for a group class or training session.

Not a member yet? You can sign up now and get an unlimited membership for just $45/month or a 10-pack of classes for $60. Both options give you access to all the classes BBJ has to offer!

Winners will be determined by percentage of weight loss, to make it fair for everyone.
