BODY BY JOHN KETTLEBELL COMPETITION!

Competition Cost = $25
Mens class:
Contestant will perform each movement for 10 minutes or until that person fails. The most reps combined wins in each class.
1) Standing overhead press: Must press within five seconds between each rep. Kettlebell weight will be as follows: 185lbs or over must use 16k KB. Under 185lb will use 30lb. When performing presses knees must stay locked.
2) Long cycle snatch: Same weights as above must be used. Contestant may rest in overhead position for no more than 5 seconds. Contestant may also switch arms by H-2-H transfer. You must complete 10 reps to transfer.
3) Bonus round: swing 70lb kettlebell to chin level as many as possible. Ten 5 minute time limit. If one rep falls below chin your done.

Note: The most total combined reps wins.

Womens class:
1) Dead clean: Each women will clean a 12k kb ten times on each side. If contestant completes each side that person moves on to the next weight up.
2) Standing overhead press: Each contestant will press a 8k kb 5 times on each side. If contestant completes all five on each side that person moves on to next round. When performing presses knees must stay locked.
TIMES:
Mens Competition starts at: 10:00am to finish.
Womens starts at: 11:00am to finish.
